A Howden type but with smaller vines. Aspen F1 has what is needed: thick stem, large fruit, solid flesh, great orange color. Aspen F1 has a high percentage of tons harvested for market. The skin is a burnt orange with some suture. Growing on a semi-bush plant, Aspen F1 should be planted later than Howden. Control the size with plant population. A terrific pumpkin for high yields of jack o’lanterns that sell.

Big Max
Big Max OP
Fruit to 20 inches by 24 inches, weight often 30 pounds, but can be grown up to 50 pounds and more. Nearly round, darker red-orange than Halloween or Connecticut Field, ribbed and faintly sutured. Is used for exhibition and show, but is not true Jack O’ lantern type. Flesh is thick, pale orange and stringy.

Camaro PMR F1
Camaro PMR F1 has reduced vines which produce higher yields of uniform 20-23 pound fruit with firmly attached long handles and thick flesh. Fruit have slight to medium ribbing, are nearly global, with classical orange rind. Excellent tolerance to PMR with one of the highest percentages of tons harvested of any pumpkin.

Howden

Jack of All Trades F1
Jack of All Trades F1~ 95 day maturity, one of the earliest pumpkins for the market. Fruit are very uniform and globular – 27 cm diameter, fruits average between 7 and 8 kilos. Fruit exteriors have a light suture and the traditional golden red-orange color.
Jack of All Trades F1, more uniform, higher percentages of tons harvested is normal. One grower reported 95% harvested of Jack of All Trades F1, while only 60% is average with Howden.

Neon F1

New Moon F1
New Moon F1 is a new hybrid white pumpkin. Full, vigorous vines produce uniform pumpkins with white rind AND very thick white flesh. Under ideal conditions, New Moon F1 can range between 16 and 34 kilos. Sometimes turns slightly off-white 2-3 weeks after picking. Flesh stays firm for weeks after harvest.

PMR Mustang F1
Mustang PMR F1 (patent pending) has a reduced vine plant with superior resistance to Powdery Mildew. The fruit have smooth, straight sutures, a very nice orange color, and thick flesh. Long, dark-green sturdy handles make this pumpkin easy to pick up. This plant is very productive and the fruit are uniform. In a Purdue University Pumpkin Trial, Mustang PMR had the lowest amount of Powdery Mildew and was one of the highest yielding pumpkins in the trial.
